A Chance to Unwind

Since you won’t be on the bike riding every day, you should prepare for some alternative outdoor activities. Wednesday, the third day of the ride, for example, gives you a chance to relax and choose your own adventure. This might involve kayaking along the currents of Lake Keowee, teeing it up with some of your friends, hiking and exploring the area. Other options include an easy cool-off ride to keep your legs under you, or relaxing with a deep tissue massage. No matter what you choose, we’ll cater to your every need and help make Wednesday the perfect day for your break.

Teeing it Up

The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards is a golfer’s delight. The Tom Fazio-designed golf course includes eight holes directly on Lake Keowee with mountain views, and it was named the 7th Best Private Course in the Nation by Golf Digest.

A Walk in the Woods

The mountains are calling — as are the 75 waterfalls along hundreds of miles of the most scenic hiking trails in America. Let us help point you in the right direction, as you explore parts unknown to most.

Kayaking

Let’s count the ways we love Lake Keowee, starting with 26 miles of crystal clear water. Explore our well-appointed marina, kayak or just camp out poolside. There’s adventure in every cove of this sparkling lake.

Deep Tissue

After two days of riding, and more to come, there’s no better way to unwind than with a massage. Let us help get you back on track as you gear up to finish strong!

Want More?

The roads around the lake are gentle and rolling, and for many a simply beautiful place for a short morning jaunt — just so you can be sure you have a healthy appetite for evening boating and dinner on the lake.
